Start it on the laptop in the office. Add readings on the tablet at the board. Photograph the finished work on your phone. It is the same certificate with the same number throughout — not three copies that have to agree with each other, but one record you happen to be looking at from somewhere different.

This is what your client receives.

Not a template you fill in and hope. Every part of it comes from somewhere, and none of it is retyped.

1. 1Your banner and logo. Set once in Settings. Every certificate you issue carries them — the document is yours, not ours.
2. 2Who it is for, and where. From the customer record, or pulled straight from the simPRO job if that is where the work came from. Typed once, at most.
3. 3The work, in your own words. Saved phrases mean the wording you use on every rewire is one click, not one retype.
4. 4The test results. The set you built, filled in on site, laid out so the readings stay legible on a printed page — which is why a set stops at nine tests.
5. 5The declaration and signature. The certifying person's name, registration and signature, applied at the moment they approve it. Not before, and not by anybody else.
6. 6The authentication mark. Required by regulation 111B. Added automatically, on drafts as well as issued documents — there is nothing to remember and nothing to forget.

The moment you approve it, this file is sealed, numbered and written to storage that cannot be overwritten. What your client holds and what your archive holds are the same document.
